At Gizmoverse Store, we stand by the quality of our tech. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electronics in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
